JD Ross are partnering with a leading renewable energy company that’s expanding its onshore wind portfolio across Germany. As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a skilled Project Developer to drive the identification, development, and delivery of new wind energy sites.

• Identify and secure suitable land for onshore wind development
• Conduct feasibility studies including grid access, environmental impact, and planning constraints
• Engage with landowners, municipalities, and local communities to build support and secure agreements
• Manage planning applications and coordinate with external consultants and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks throughout the development lifecycle

• Proven experience as a Project Developer
• Experience within the onshore wind industry
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Relevant degree
• Right to work in Germany
