Project Developer - PV & Agri-PV

We’re working with a well-established international renewable energy developer with deep expertise in solar technologies. They are currently expanding their team and seeking a Project Developer to lead the development of open-field and agricultural-integrated PV projects across Germany.This role offers the chance to work on innovative solar concepts that combine energy generation with land use efficiency, contributing directly to the energy transition. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full development cycle of solar PV and Agri-PV projects, from initial concept to construction readinessConduct site evaluations and feasibility assessments, including technical and regulatory analysisEngage with landowners, local authorities, and external consultants to secure project approvalsOversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standardsCollaborate with international technical teams to align on project scope and executionMonitor industry trends and regulatory updates to inform project strategy Your ProfileSeveral years of experience in solar PV project development, ideally including Agri-PVStrong understanding of site selection, permitting, and land-use agreementsExcellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders and authoritiesProficient in German and EnglishFamiliarity with GIS or CAD tools for site planningDegree in renewable energy, engineering, planning, or a related fieldOrganised, proactive, and comfortable working independently and in teams
