Project Manager (m/w/d) - with experience in Unified Communications Systems, telephony technologies

Responsibilities:

Requirements & Scope Management: Gather requirements, define scope (devices, software, policies), manage scope changes.
Planning & Coordination: Build the project plan, timelines, budget, and coordinate teams (EUC, security, networking, procurement, vendors).
Deployment & Lifecycle Execution: Oversee deployments (laptop rollout, VDI, patching, OS upgrades) and manage full device lifecycle activities.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Keep business stakeholders aligned, provide status updates, highlight risks, issues, and decisions needed.
Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance: Track risks (security, downtime), ensure compliance (policies, GDPR), validate deliverables, maintain quality.

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of Project Management experience and good understanding of Unified Communications Systems for end users, telephony technologies, including Microsoft Teams and SIP phone systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow.
Team player with stakeholder management and analytical skills.
