Responsibilities

Laying the foundation for a successful presentation of XPeng in Germany Involving XPeng's PR in the general transformation process in Germany and ensuring first-class PR performance Ensuring a positive public perception of XPeng's products, brand and employees Building close relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), carfluencers, and media professionals Independently planning and implementing press projects such as new product events Arranging test drives for journalists and ensuring positive coverage Managing the internet press portal and media monitoring Supporting dealer PR and dealer events for regional press representatives Capability for effective and rapid crisis communication Creating and managing budgets and payment processes

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in Corporate PR or in a media environment Full understanding of media needs and media relationships Experience in all media platforms Confident communicator and presenter Being proactive, reliable and accurate with attention to detail A wide degree of creativity and latitude Good written and verbal skills in German and English language Be able to “keep several balls in the air” at the same time
