Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for key roles across regions (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Americas), including requirement analysis, talent sourcing, interview evaluation, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up, ensuring high-quality delivery. Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and dynamically adjust recruitment strategies based on regional business needs and talent market characteristics; optimize channel mix to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with overseas business leaders and HRBPs to deeply understand business needs, provide professional talent insights and market intelligence, and act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business. Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence:
Conduct regular regional talent mapping to track competitor movements and core talent distribution, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. Process Optimization & Team Enablement:
Contribute to regional recruitment process improvements and tool optimization; share best practices to support overall team capability building.
Requirements: 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on local/Regional recruitment experience; solid understanding of overseas talent market characteristics and sourcing channels. Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus, with strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills; ability to communicate effectively and independently with overseas candidates and stakeholders. Strong business acumen and judgment; able to quickly understand complex business needs and accurately define talent profiles. Smart, self-driven, and resilient; capable of solving problems independently and navigating uncertainty while maintaining clarity in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with local labor laws and compensation/benefits practices is a plus.
