Your responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities
  • Expanding customer relationships, and entering new market segments
  • Lead sales activities across multiple sectors; from customer acquisition to strategic account development
  • Conduct market and customer analyses to shape commercial strategy and support product launches
  • Represent Connect Chemicals at industry events and build our market presence

Your Profile

  • Proven track record in B2B sales of chemical raw materials (7+ years)
  • Industry experience in chemicals and/or processing sectors
  • Strong commercial drive with a “hunter” mindset and ability to close deals
  • Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and building long-term partnerships
  • Fluent in English and Turkish; culturally aware with an international mindset
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at global trade events
  • Confident communicator, team player, and active driver with no travel restriction
  • A dynamic role in a fast-growing international business environment
