Senior Business Analyst Salesforce

For our client, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen their Salesforce team. This is a remote position open to English-speaking professionals. Your ResponsibilitiesAct as the link between business requirements and technical solutions.Lead client workshops to identify needs and challenges.Translate business goals into detailed user stories.Coordinate development activities and keep stakeholders informed.Manage QA and UAT processes.Stay current with Salesforce innovations to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Requirements4+ years of consulting or related industry experience.Proven expertise in gathering functional requirements.4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, or Marketing).Experience with process optimization and client management.Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working fully remote.
