What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Growth Product Designer with a passion for designing experiences that accelerate adoption, retention, and revenue growth. We love building great products. We love delighting our customers. We love using design as a lever to drive product-led growth in SaaS and AI-powered platforms.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to design and optimize user journeys—relying heavily on experimentation, behavioral insights, and both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for growth initiatives across the product funnel, from activation and engagement to conversion and monetization
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to bring growth experiments and features to life
• Translate research and behavioral insights into intuitive, growth-focused design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final design specs that are simple, elegant, scalable, and conversion-driven
• Design and iterate onboarding, upgrade, retention, and re-engagement experiences that balance user value with business impact
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure experiments can scale consistently and quickly
• Champion the user while pushing for solutions that maximize adoption, usage, and revenue growth

What You Bring To The Table

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio in SaaS, growth design, or complex digital tools
• Deep understanding of UX best practices, design thinking, and growth strategy (activation, engagement, retention, monetization)
• Experience designing and iterating within a product-led growth model, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven products
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around growth-focused design concepts
• Skilled in Figma and familiar with experimentation frameworks, design systems, and data-informed design
• Passionate about building products people love—balancing user-first thinking with growth metrics is your default
• Comfortable owning your work and confident in making decisions backed by data, A/B tests, and user insights
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams & provide design leadership for growth experiments
