  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth across all channels
  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies
  • Lead and manage key partnerships (Tour Operators, OTAs, GSAs, airline partners)
  • Own and close high-impact negotiations and contracts
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional projects to optimize sales processes
  • Act as key interface between internal teams and external partners
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner meetings

Ihr Profil:

  • University degree in Business, Aviation, or related field
  • Strong experience in airline / travel / B2B commercial environment
  • Proven track record in negotiation, contracting, and key account management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with execution focus
  • Excellent English and German communication skills
  • High level of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
