(Senior) Sales Manager – Lebensmittelaromen (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of a strategic sales plan for market expansion and customer acquisition in the food sector – focusing on Sweet & Dairy and Beverages.
- Identification and qualification of potential customers through market analysis and building a robust customer database.
- Independent management of the entire sales process – from initial contact to contract conclusion – and building sustainable relationships with decision makers.
- Acquisition of profitable new customers to reach company and revenue targets.
- Building a strong regional customer portfolio with high development potential.
- Advising the management in sales‑relevant questions and integrating efficient internal sales processes.
- Creation of sales forecasts and regular analysis and reporting on business development.
- Representation of the company at industry events and trade fairs to strengthen brand presence.
Customer Management & Technical Support
- Comprehensive customer experience – including briefings, sensory tests, workshops and project coordination with R&D.
- Interface between customer and internal departments to ensure technical support and project quality.
- Participation in sensory panels to evaluate new developments and market products.
- Continuous market observation to jointly develop the product portfolio with R&D.
Minimum Qualifications
- More than 5 years of professional experience in flavor or ingredient B2B sales in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on Sweet & Dairy and Beverages.
- Deep knowledge of the regional market and industry structure and the ability to act as an internal consultant.
- Willingness to travel within Germany for customer visits, with occasional trade fair visits abroad.
- Excellent German and fluent English – additional languages are an advantage.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to convincingly convey the value and features of our products and services.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects in parallel efficiently.
- Responsibility, reliability, and good organizational skills.
