Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for German-language content across web, blog, and product pages to increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to German-speaking crypto audiences.
• Optimize existing content for SEO (on-page), including meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, and structured data — in German.
• Collaborate with content writers, translators, and product teams to ensure all German content meets SEO and branding standards.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics in the DACH market using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, SEO trends, and crypto-related search behaviors in German-speaking regions.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers to implement fixes.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker or C2-level fluency, with strong English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the crypto, tech, or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of search behavior and linguistic nuances in the DACH region.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, etc.).
• Familiarity with crypto/web3 terminology and trends.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
