ServiceNow Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a team of experienced ServiceNow Consultants to join a long-term project aimed at enhancing the efficiency, usability, and automation of an existing ServiceNow platform. This role offers a hybrid work model, with approximately 70% remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

Analysis and Evaluation of Existing Processes

• Conduct workshops with business departments to identify current pain points
• Analyze ticket data, workflows, and platform usage
• Identify manual tasks, redundant steps, and integration gaps

Design and Planning of Improvement Measures

• Develop targeted proposals for process optimization (e.g., automation, UI/UX improvements, workflow redesign)
• Prioritize actions based on effort and expected benefit
• Align with IT teams and business stakeholders on implementation planning

Implementation and Testing

• Execute approved improvements within the ServiceNow platform
• Conduct functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Document all technical and functional changes

Training and Communication

• Prepare clear training materials and user guides
• Deliver training sessions to end users as needed
• Communicate platform updates through internal channels

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Set up dashboards and KPIs to track the effectiveness of implemented changes
• Gather user feedback after go-live
• Make iterative improvements based on insights and performance data

Required Qualifications

Proven experience working with ServiceNow as a consultant or system analyst
Strong knowledge of process optimization, automation, and UI/UX design within ServiceNow
Excellent analytical and communication skills
