Responsibilities

• Ensure that our current and new products are scalable and bug-free.
• Design and implement systems and practices to prevent buggy code releases.
• Implement and enforce rollout and rollback systems for safe code deployment, with mechanisms to identify performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture.
• Work with VP of Engineering and VP of Software Challenges to ensure efficient development processes.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance our SaaS platform's functionality and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in SaaS full-stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and experience with AWS.
• Ability to independently deliver complete solutions, especially systems to monitor and prevent performance degradation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for designing scalable, sustainable software solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
