LOCATION

• Support, provision of IT infrastructure and workstations (virtualization, central storage system, switches, servers, infrastructure cabling, UPS system, WLAN components, telephone system, printers, workstations and mobile terminals, service monitoring) as well as maintenance and second-level support
• Documentation of changes or innovations in the infrastructure
• Creation of a disaster recovery plan
• Carrying out migrations and implementing new products
• Independent troubleshooting of occurring problems

Your profile

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the support of a company’s IT infrastructure. Experience in the following areas is an advantage: Windows Server and Client OS, WSUS, VMware vSphere, switching (Cisco), routing, proxy, print services and software distribution
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are interested in IT processes in a medium-sized company and enjoy supporting your colleagues in IT issues.
• You have a high level of commitment and a friendly manner
