Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and validate coding benchmarks in C++/Rust, focusing on robust and efficient system design.Curate real-world tasks, solutions, and test suites from open-source and production repositories.Implement and verify unit and integration tests to ensure benchmark accuracy and reproducibility.Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code for high performance and reliability.Provide structured, detailed feedback on solution quality and adherence to systems engineering best practices. Ideal Qualifications3–10 years of experience as a Systems or Software Engineer at a top-tier technology company or research lab.Deep expertise in C++ and/or Rust with a strong understanding of system-level architecture and performance optimization.Proven experience in debugging, testing, and validation of production-grade or mobile applications.Excellent technical reasoning, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote, asynchronous setting.
