We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The role can be based in one of our offices in Bremen or Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid) .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on recruitment, including developing and executing recruitment strategies across all our country locations. This includes a wide range of roles across functions and levels.


• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, and more.


• Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.


• Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand.


• Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.


• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve processes.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international, fast-growing tech organization


• Experience hiring commercial positions


• Proven ability to use data to track pipeline efficiency and improve workflow


• Proficiency with recruitment tools and software


• Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities


• Skill in identifying passive candidates using creative sourcing methods


• Employer branding experience


• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site days at our office


• Fluent German & English language.
