Team Lead Sales – B2B SaaS (d/f/m) role at Luminovo.

Luminovo is the first all-in-one supply chain platform built specifically for the electronics industry. Whether it’s an OEM designing or procuring electronics in-house or an EMS, with a procurement and sales team – our platform helps them control their complete electronics supply chain.

Your Territory

You will mostly cover the German-speaking market in Europe, plus other English-speaking territories. Fluency in German and English is required; any other language is a plus.

Work Location

You can work from our Munich headquarters or the satellite office in Berlin (hybrid setup with home-office flexibility). Travel to team retreats and events is occasional; expenses are covered.

Your Performance Objectives

As Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle: from generating your own pipeline and qualifying leads to closing deals.

Pipeline Generation

  • Build a strong network. Navigate the electronics industry in the DACH market and connect with relevant electronics manufacturers (EMS), designers (OEM), and partners. Attend sales fairs and establish local positioning with marketing support.
  • Generate interest. Use calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to grab prospects’ attention. Use sales enablement material and prospecting tools for efficiency.
  • Qualify. Run customer‑centric discovery meetings to uncover pain points and the value our solution can deliver.

Selling

  • Inspire. Run product demonstrations tailored to the customer’s pain and impact desired.
  • Prove value. Hold workshops and deep dives with domain experts. Support with ROI calculations.
  • Close. Guide the prospect through the buyer journey, negotiate win‑win trades, and close paperwork. Ensure smooth handover to customer success.

Expertise

  • Provide industry insights and new ideas for product teams.
  • Build expertise in B2B SaaS, improve your knowledge of SaaS sales idiosyncrasies, and use the SPICED framework.

Leadership

  • Track metrics proactively and monitor leading indicators.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and help them thrive through coaching.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and proactively ask for support.
