Your Role

• You develop and implement the strategic product portfolio of "Dry Compounds for Beverage and Food Applications" including business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation and overall growth initiatives.
• You manage a team of Product Managers by supporting and challenging them.
• You manage the global assortment with the product organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
• You define a roadmap to drive the business (and revenue growth) in line with customer requirements, while ensuring it aligns with the Döhler business value.
• You drive innovation projects and pipelines through to the commercialization stage.
• You build a strong working relationship with the product organization and the respective internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.
• You actively monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare a competitive analysis.
• You support customer visits with the sales team and take over public appearances.
• You define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage to feed that back into the product roadmap.
• You communicate up‑to‑date and aligned portfolio updates on all media including product portfolio displays within and outside of the organization.
• You ensure in‑house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and positioning.

Your Profile

• You have a successful managerial track record in the food and beverages industry, ideally in a B2B business environment with experience in the field of powder blends.
• You have proven technological knowledge with a strong commercial drive, ideally experience in a project management function at a dry food ingredient manufacturer.
• You have a proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps incrementally and sustainably.
• You have a strong customer mindset with demonstrated ability to engage directly and honestly with customers and deliver a positive experience by creating a partnership mentality.
• You must be a strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive business objectives while maintaining our company and people values.
• You have a very good understanding of current talent management practices with great passion for people development.
• You have excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• You have a hands‑on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking skills, capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
• You are able to deal with ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic and ever‑changing surrounding.
• You are willing to travel globally.
• You are fluent in Business English and German.
