We’re looking for a UGC Lead who lives and breathes user-generated content - someone who can instantly recognize what makes a UGC video convert versus one that simply entertains. This person will review hundreds of raw UGC submissions weekly (talking and B-roll footage), identify winning creative angles, and guide creators to produce content that delivers true performance lift for our DTC brands. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and production quality, helping shape the standards of what “great UGC” looks like across our network. Responsibilities Review & Evaluate Raw UGC FootageAssess talking shots and B-roll footage from creators for framing, lighting, pacing, authenticity, emotion, and storytelling flow.Identify what makes each video piece scroll-stopping, credible, and high-converting. Establish & Enforce Creative StandardsDevelop clear benchmarks for what “good” UGC looks like across multiple verticals (beauty, apparel, lifestyle, tech, etc.).Maintain a UGC quality rubric that aligns with conversion goals and brand voice. Creator Feedback & CoachingProvide actionable feedback to creators on performance, tone, delivery, and shot composition.Communicate clearly with creators and internal teams to ensure content revisions hit brand and performance targets. Creative Analysis & InsightBreak down winning ads — identifying top-performing hooks, angles, and editing patterns that drive conversions.Collaborate with the paid media and video editing teams to scale successful creative themes. Optimization & Quality ControlAudit submitted content before it moves to editing or client delivery.Ensure all raw content meets technical and creative requirements for ad readiness. QualificationsProven experience creating or reviewing UGC content (as a creator, editor, strategist, or reviewer).Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles - especially what drives CTR, retention, and ROAS.Exceptional creative judgment with a “performance lens.”Excellent communication and feedback skills when working with creators and editors.Deep familiarity with UGC ad platforms (TikTok, Meta, Reels, Shorts).Bonus: Background in creative strategy, production direction, or content QA.
