Whatwe'dlove to see

• 6–10 years’ experience in communication strategy, including leadership responsibility.
• Solid experience in B2C marketing, FMCG, and retail communication;expertisein e-commerce and CRM is a plus.
• Proventrack recordof developing effective communication strategies that deliver business outcomes.
• Excellent strategic storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complexity into clarity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1+)
• Collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset — with a passion for people, brands, and innovation.
• Positive and proactive attitude, sense of humor, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills.
