Your Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, support, and improve IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients, peripherals)
• Install, maintain, and support core IT applications (e-mail, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, Docker, Jenkins, MS 365)
• Support users in their daily tasks
• Manage internal IT tools to monitor, provision, and improve the infrastructure
• Collaborate in managing IT contracts and budgets

Your Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
• Familiar with networking (routing, firewall, switching)
• Knowledge of cloud services: IaaS and SaaS
• Experience with ITIL, ITSM, and IT security
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, git/GitLab, AWS, OpenShift, or scripting is an advantage
• Fluent in English and German

Our Technology and Environment

The IT department operates with on-premise devices and cloud applications to support our developers in building and running Java bytecode on embedded systems, as well as developing for embedded systems and the cloud.

• On the cloud: Virtual Machines, Kubernetes, Microsoft 365
• Tools: Jira, Git/GitLab, Wiki, Confluence

Our working environment: aicas is a small company with a family-like work environment. We know each other well and enjoy various company events in summer, Christmas, release parties, or simply sharing pizza. Our flexible working hours help balance work and private life.
