This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist - University Programs , you will be responsible for defining and executing our global strategy for early‑career talent. This role is critical for building a robust pipeline of best‑in‑class, high‑potential graduates and interns, ensuring we attract future leaders with a focus on key talent pools, including those sought by top consulting and tech firms . You will manage the entire early‑career recruiting lifecycle, from strategy and university relationship management to selection and offer.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Program Ownership: Lead the design and execution of our global internship, co‑op, and graduate rotation programs, ensuring they are positioned as "best‑in‑class" experiences.
  • Full‑Cycle Campus Hiring: Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all early‑career roles, including screening, interviewing, and managing the offer process.
  • University Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with target universities, academic departments, and student organizations to build diverse, high‑potential talent pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Consulting: Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define early‑career needs and consult on program structure, ensuring the quality of hires meets high organizational standards.
  • Campus Presence: Coordinate and execute all campus recruiting events, career fairs, information sessions, and interview days, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Data‑Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment data (e.g., yield rates, diversity metrics, program feedback) to continuously measure program effectiveness and guide future investment decisions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in University or Campus Recruitment, ideally focused on competitive hiring for large‑scale graduate or specialised internship programs.
  • Experience in a scaling startup, high‑growth technology company, or an environment known for attracting consulting/top‑tier business or engineering talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage structured, high‑volume recruiting processes for cyclical programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the credibility to advise senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering a world‑class candidate experience and shaping the employer brand on campus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for campus events during peak recruiting seasons.
