Team Lead Brand Management (All Genders)
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to drive the growth and success of Zooplus’ Own Brands Accessories portfolio. As Team Lead, you will manage a team of up to seven Brand Managers, guiding brand strategy, commercial performance, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure that each brand is differentiated, customer-focused, and commercially successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic direction of the Own Brands Accessories portfolio, including brand positioning, innovation, assortment planning, and channel expansion.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Brand Managers, providing clear vision, guidance, and support for successful brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to create innovative, high-quality pet accessories that meet customer needs and drive commercial success.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and e-commerce channels to build brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Identify and lead growth initiatives, including new customer segments, channel pilots, innovation projects, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategies and capitalize on emerging trends.
- Manage brand budgets and resource allocation to ensure data-driven, high-impact investments.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, margin, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Represent Own Brands Accessories in senior cross-functional forums, ensuring alignment with Category Management, Sales, and Procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in brand or product management, ideally in FMCG, pet accessories, or e-commerce retail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong experience in brand strategy development, planning, and execution to drive growth and profitability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing strategic and operational topics in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and online merchandising/e-commerce operations.
- Passion for pets and a deep understanding of the pet accessories market is a plus.
