Overview

We are looking for a dynamic performance marketing leader to drive data‑driven campaigns and growth across national and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance marketing team, ensuring alignment of online marketing, social media and marketing automation.
• Plan, execute and optimize data‑driven campaigns with measurable reach, leads and conversion rates.
• Develop a holistic performance marketing strategy, allocate budgets and achieve KPI results.
• Collaborate with Content & Brand, Sales, regional leaders and external partners.
• Drive digital marketing process improvement, leveraging new technologies, AI‑optimised advertising and automation.
• Coach and develop the team, set clear priorities, provide direction and assume responsibility.
• Regularly monitor and report relevant KPIs.
• Stay on trend, proactively optimize performance and continuously improve marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or comparable education.
• Extensive experience in performance and online marketing, including paid media, SEO, social media and marketing automation.
• Proficiency with ad‑management and tracking tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics.
• Experience leading people, strong communication, decision‑making, and team orientation.
• Data‑driven, innovative mindset, strong sense of trends, comfortable with AI technologies.
• Excellent German and English, additional languages a plus.
