Position Details

• In collaboration with your team leader buddy Andrea, you'll be responsible for coaching and training the sales team, leading over 20 motivated employees.
• You will handle onboarding new sales colleagues and focus on developing staff in customer service.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and oversee relevant coaching, training, and projects.
• Develop training and coaching concepts to set quality standards in customer service and implement these with your team.
• Work with HR to find new talents for your team.
• Use analyses, statistics, and benchmarks to manage your area’s success and report directly to our Director of Sales, David.
• Create an environment that encourages autonomous work among your team members.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent degree, with leadership experience—ideally in sales training and coaching.
• Enthusiastic and inspiring, leading by example.
• Coaching certification and experience in staff development and training design are advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, with good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and conceptual thinking.
