In Düsseldorf we are looking for you in a full-time or part-time permanent position starting as soon as possible as Technical Application Manager (all genders).

Aufgaben & Verantwortung

• Plan and design a high-availability, group-wide used system environment within our 9-person IT-Application Production Services team.
• Actively participate in national and international IT projects, especially in close collaboration with our Headquarters in Paris.
• Install, configure, migrate, and optimize business applications.
• Monitor systems proactively and independently lead optimizations.
• Work administratively in the Citrix, Microsoft, and RHEL environments.
• Ensure smooth operation of the environment as part of the 2nd/3rd level support.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions.
• Continuously improve monitored systems.
• Ideally, have an interest in real‑estate processes and recognize opportunities to support business areas effectively.
• Contribute technically to interdisciplinary IT projects and drive project success.

Expertise & Soft Skills

• Completed studies in (business) IT or equivalent education.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux server operating systems and associated applications.
• Good knowledge in automation, Citrix, PowerShell scripting, and familiarity with Microsoft Group Policies.
• Solution‑oriented, reliable, proactive, and capable of identifying and acting on needs.
• Experience in project work and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication skills in complex matters and in interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Preferably experience in migrating applications to cloud environments.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
