As a Technical Recruiter, you collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the best candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, production, and technical support roles, mainly for profiles with Avionics, GNC, hardware and aerospace background.
• Partner with department leads to define role requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified technical candidates through active search and direct outreach.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns, onboarding processes, and internal mobility programs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruiting strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through continuous engagement and candidate communication.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
