Deine Aufgaben:

• Du unterstützt mit deinem Fachwissen im Bereich Logistik und Fulfillment deine Kollegen im gesamten Supportbereich.
• Du verantwortest die Qualität der Ticketantworten und stellst sicher, dass das ganze Logistik-Support-Team fachlich und schriftlich qualitativ hochwertige Antworten an unsere Kunden verfasst.
• Du kennst die typischen Fallstricke und Anwenderfragen und arbeitest aktiv mit unserem Produktteam zusammen, um die Anwendererfahrung im Bereich Fulfillment zu verbessern.
• Du beantwortest schwierige Kundenanfragen selbst – zum Beispiel via Ticketsystem, Videocalls oder Telefon.
• Du behältst den Überblick über alle eingehenden Kundenanfragen zum Thema Logistik und stellst sicher, dass diese richtig priorisiert werden.

Dein Profil:

• Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Logistik- und Fulfillmentprozessen mit.
• Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen als Anwender- & Systemadministrator (z.B. JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee o.ä) und bestenfalls kennst du dich bereits mit Xentral aus
• B2B-Support ist für dich nichts Neues und du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden
• Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (C2)
