Role Overview

As part of the Learning & Development Team, you will support our growth by providing training, workshops, and support to Operations and Shopfloor teams, collaborating mainly with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, and training colleagues to enhance team performance.

Responsibilities

Conduct workshops and training sessions for production staff, supervisors, and management.
Provide coaching to shopfloor leadership to develop their leadership skills.
Integrate training content into learner journeys and support onboarding programs for new hires.
Identify training needs through assessments and develop targeted solutions.
Analyze shopfloor performance to align training with business objectives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, learning games, and manuals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, operations management, or industrial technology.
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or operations, focusing on continuous improvement and lean principles.
Experience in training and development with understanding of adult learning principles.
Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Effective collaboration skills across diverse groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data analysis experience.
Familiarity with training evaluation methods and metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to Have

Certification such as Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
Experience with LMS or TMS training management systems.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.
Experience with digital training tools and platforms.
