Overview

Olive Tree People is the fastest-growing waterless beauty company in the USA and, starting November 1, 2025, will expand into Germany and UK to conquer the European continent with the Next Big Thing in Waterless Beauty, following the USA.

If you have at least 15 years of outstanding experience in Direct to Consumer and have proven success in building large sales organizations with more than 50,000 distributors, we would love to hear from you. Please understand that we cannot process applications without these qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Sales Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive direct sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the direct sales team to achieve sales goals and implement best practices.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive business growth, maximize customer retention, and expand market penetration in both existing and new markets.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports to provide the leadership team with clear and actionable insights.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Establish and maintain key relationships with high-level partners, customers, and stakeholders to open new sales channels.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor individual and team performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: At least 15+ years of experience in sales leadership in a senior direct sales role.
  • Track Record: Proven success in driving revenue growth in direct sales and building organizations with at least 50,000 distributors.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performance team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with executives, customers, and internal stakeholders in English, German, and Spanish.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven thinking and decision-making, with experience in using sales technologies and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel for business development and team leadership in Europe and the USA.
