Job Overview

This role involves developing a custom web application designed to serve as a CRM for the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust, scalable, and user-friendly platform that streamlines client management and business operations for a real estate company. The project is a single engagement with the possibility of future collaboration, and the developer will work fully remotely. You will collaborate directly with a company co-founder to define requirements, discuss technical approaches, and ensure the solution aligns with business needs.

Deliverables

• Design and develop a responsive web-based CRM tailored for real estate workflows
• Implement features for client management, lead tracking, and communication history
• Integrate tools for scheduling, document management, and reporting
• Ensure secure user authentication and data protection
• Provide technical documentation and user guides
• Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of the application

Requirements

• Proven experience in web application development, preferably with CRM or real estate platforms
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue; Node.js, Python, or similar backend frameworks)
