Your mission

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

Your daily work

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Compensation domains.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on HCM and Compensation functionalities.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
• Leading diverse teams through implementation and exceeding client expectations.
• Supporting innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets.

Who You Are

You bring:

• Experience leading multiple End-to-End Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects.
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or relevant platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and fluency in English.

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and Compensation workstreams.
• Experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework.
• Up-to-date Workday, HCM / Compensation certifications.
• Demonstrable years of professional Workday experience.
• Fluency in German.
