Join our small, hands-on IT team in Berlin as a Working Student – IT Support & Operations (m/f/d) and help keep things running smoothly across our tech setup!


What You’ll Do
• Resolve IT support tickets and troubleshoot issues
• Manage hardware (laptops, phones, conference rooms, etc.)
• Support onboarding/offboarding of employees
• Plan and procure new devices based on team needs
• Maintain and update our IT inventory
• Keep internal documentation up to date and well-organized
• Contribute to internal IT projects


What You Bring
• Currently studying Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• Familiar with Windows and Office 365 environments is a plus
• Independent, structured, and proactive mindset
• English fluency required
• German is a plus, not a must
• Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role is beneficial but not required
