About The Team The 10+ people strong marketing team at Unzer is a dynamic group of creative and innovative professionals, dedicated to elevating the brand and driving impactful campaigns. What your work will look like: Support the planning and execution of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tik Tok, with a focus on B2B and fintech audiencesCreate engaging, brand-aligned posts, stories, videos, and visuals using tools like Canva or FigmaMonitor trends in payments, fintech, and tech to suggest creative content ideasCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to turn complex topics into accessible contentTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile regular performance reportsEngage with the audience (commenting, reposting, responding) to help build a vibrant online communityAssist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns on social media What you need to be successful in this role: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldPassion for social media and digital storytellingInterest in the fintech or payment space (you don’t need to be an expert yet!)Strong writing skills in English; German is a plusCreative mindset with basic design skills (e.g., figma, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite)Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detailTeam player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn Please note that we will not sponsor your visa or relocation, and you must have a valid work permit for Germany to be eligible for this position.
