Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other related equipment.
• Provide first and second-level support to resolve network-related issues promptly.
• Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).

Skills/Must have

• Network Support Experience
• LAN / WLAN Knowledge - Any Vendor
• Firewall Experience - Any Vendor
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• English Speaking (Native)
