About The Role

This is your Chance to join us in Berlin ! We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our amazing Uber Eats team in Berlin. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in expanding our restaurant network across Berlin. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying potential leads to successfully integrating new restaurant partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and acquire new restaurant partners through cold‑calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, close deals, and guide restaurants through a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales Ops, Account Management) to execute campaigns and drive partner success.
  • Monitor market trends and partner feedback to optimize sales strategies and ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales & Negotiation Skills.
  • Communication & Relationship‑Building.
  • Market Analysis & Strategic Thinking.
  • Ideally, some experience in outbound sales and familiarity with digital (CRM) tools.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude when working with potential partners.
  • Proficient in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is desirable.
  • Career changers are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse target groups.
