This is a permanent full‑time post of 37 hours per week and will be based between Petershill Park Business Centre, 28‑30 Adamswell Street, Glasgow, G21 4DD and Parkhead Hub, 1251 Duke Street, Glasgow, G31 5NZ. The shift pattern for this post is 5/7 days, including weekends and public holidays.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Practitioner to join the North East Rehabilitation Service. This is a developing role within the service, and as such you will need to be a pro‑active, independent, enthusiastic person who enjoys building networks and developing roles and pathways.
This post is open to Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with significant comprehensive post‑registration experience within a healthcare setting, some of which must be at a senior practitioner level. An appropriate (or working towards) Masters level qualification in Advanced Practice is also required.
The role will be based within the North East Rehabilitation Service, working within the multi‑disciplinary team and alongside our newly established Frailty Practitioner. The post‑holder will be expected to work across role and geographical boundaries, providing complete clinical care for patients as part of the Rehab Service. Responsibilities include:
