We're a high-velocity team based in Berlin and remote, working at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and fintech.

Role

You'll be the first line of defense when AI systems misbehave, diagnosing, mitigating, and documenting performance issues across production deployments.

You'll also collaborate with client teams to ensure integrations go smoothly and data feedback loops remain unbroken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployed models and alert on anomalies
• Triaging technical issues raised by customers
• Maintain system uptime SLAs across hybrid deployments
• Support data collection for continuous model improvement
• Document common incidents and build runbooks

• Background in technical support, site reliability, or platform ops
• Ability to troubleshoot model, infra, and integration bugs
• Proficient with dashboards, logs, and metrics systems
• Strong communication and empathy for clients
• Can participate in on-call rotations

• Familiarity with ML observability tools
• Exposure to AI/ML deployment stacks
• Built documentation or runbooks for fast-growing technical teams
