AML & Compliance Team Lead - International Law Firm

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth cross-border operations.
• Maintain, update, and implement the EU AML Manual and compliance framework.
• Serve as the key point of escalation for complex AML and regulatory matters.
• Conduct AML reviews and operational compliance tasks as needed.
• Deliver team training and drive strategic development initiatives.
• Interpret and apply new legal requirements under European AML standards.

Your profile:

• Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years' AML experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of European AML regulations and frameworks.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
