Team Lead (Electronics & Firmware) – Karlsruhe area – Up to €110,000 (d / m / w)

Responsibilities

• Lead an experienced team of Electronics and Firmware engineers from a technical and disciplinary perspective
• Define and coordinate all projects within the product portfolio
• Continuously develop the product portfolio via the definition of technical objectives
• Contribute hands-on where appropriate, predominantly within the PoC phase
• Additional responsibilities in coordinating with Product Management, Sales, and other internal teams

Requirements

• Obtained a technical degree in Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience working as a Hardware/Electronics engineer, with an understanding/affinity to Firmware
• 2+ years’ experience in a Team Lead/Hardware Manager role
• Ideally, experience/understanding of product regulations within the hygienic design and/or explosion protection domain
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory
