Your key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the EU AML team , ensuring smooth and efficient cross-border operations.
• Oversee, maintain, and enhance the firm's EU AML Manual and internal policies.
• Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive and complex AML and regulatory queries.
• Contribute directly to AML reviews and handle operational matters when necessary.
• Design and deliver training sessions to strengthen internal compliance capabilities.
• Anticipate and implement new regulatory requirements , ensuring alignment with European standards.

Your profile

• Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years' AML experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of European AML frameworks and cross-border regulations.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language .
