What You'll Earn

  • Gross Salary: €1,300/month
  • Training Completion Bonus: €450 (one-time payment, after second cycle of payments)
  • Productivity Bonus: Up to €350 (based on target achievement)
  • Transportation Bonus: Up to €100/month (proportional to on-site days after training)
  • Milestone Relocation Bonuses: €450 after 4, 8, and 12 months of cooperation

Your Role

As a B2B Advertising Support & Optimization Expert, you will empower advertisers to achieve outstanding results with Microsoft Ads. You'll handle a blend of inbound support, proactive optimization, and retention initiatives, ensuring advertisers not only resolve issues but grow their campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Support (Break/Fix)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with MS Ads account setup, billing, ad disapprovals, conversion tracking, and platform functionality.
  • Deliver clear, confident guidance through step-by-step instructions.
  • Ensure professional, outcome-driven customer interactions.

Proactive Optimization

  • Analyze advertiser campaigns to identify performance opportunities.
  • Recommend actionable, data-driven improvements (keywords, bidding, tracking, budgets, audience solutions).
  • Educate clients on platform features, including UET, automated bidding, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

Outbound Recovery & Retention

  • Reach out to advertisers with negative experiences and rebuild trust using empathy and structured problem-solving.
  • Provide actionable solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Cross-Platform Collaboration

  • Escalate complex issues to technical or product teams as needed.
  • Share recurring pain points to improve processes and platform experience.

What You Bring

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Advertiser Success roles
  • Significantly advanced communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and persuasiveness
  • Strong understanding of MS Ads or other major PPC platforms (Google Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot: UET/conversion tracking, billing, ad disapprovals, ad delivery issues
  • Comfortable using MS Copilot
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend solutions
  • Experience in building or optimizing paid search campaigns, understanding bidding strategies, keyword match types, quality score, and account structure best practices
  • Typing speed 25 wpm with 85% accuracy

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience specifically with MS Ads
  • Broader digital marketing exposure (analytics, tracking, audiences)
  • CRM experience (Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools or dashboards
  • Experience working in a support organization with SLAs/KPIs
  • Advanced usage of MS Office Suite
