team.blue hub

team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. We’re building a small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results.

Role

Build automation, integrations, and infrastructure to ensure stability, scalability, and fast deployment. Support cloud systems, CI/CD, and internal tools that make the hub reliable and easy to operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage deployment, provisioning, and monitoring automation
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure on AWS
• Support integrations and data flows between systems
• Optimize performance, uptime, and reliability
• Collaborate with developers and data teams on infrastructure needs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience deploying on AWS
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code and automation frameworks
• Familiar with distributed systems and data integration
• Skilled in AI‑assisted coding and Claude Code workflows, comfortable relying on them to move faster and better
• Reliable, autonomous, and detail‑oriented
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
