As Head of Growth, you will own and scale the entire go-to-market system. You will design and run experiments across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion, while building the roadmap and systems that make growth repeatable. Working closely with founders, product, and engineering, you will shape product-led and enterprise motions, translate community and open-source usage into revenue, and build a high-leverage growth team that combines strategy with hands-on execution.
