They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.
We're looking for a Head of Organic Growth to drive organic acquisition and conversion for Revolut Business globally. As a member of our management team, you'll own strategy and execution for organic funnel performance.
You’ll ensure Revolut Business is discoverable, accurately described, and competitively positioned using SEO and GEO operating systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting, coaching, and developing an Organic Growth team, and managing freelancers where needed
Running weekly operating routines, including performance reviews, content pipeline, tech SEO backlog
Monitoring and optimising visibility in LLM answers or AI search results to identify coverage gaps, create or refresh authoritative sources, and improve entity clarity where relevant
Partnering with Web and Engineering teams to ship technical SEO improvements
Driving content planning and production, including funnel pages, landing pages, comparison pages, and use-cases, to maintain quality and conversion intent
Leading link acquisition initiatives to build authority and rankings
Setting-up measurement and attribution views for organic impact
What You’ll Need
8+ years organic growth or SEO experience in high-growth environments, such as SaaS or fintech
A track record of scaling organic acquisitions with ownership of business outcomes
Expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page, technical SEO, and link building
The ability to work with engineers and ship technical change
A data-driven mindset, and to be comfortable with attribution/tooling discussions
Excellent cross-functional leadership and ownership to succeed in a high-performance environment
Nice to have
Familiarity with international or multi-market SEO, including localisation workflows and multi-language content
Knowledge of programmatic SEO and scaled landing-page generation
Experience in fintech, payments, or SME banking
