We are hiring a
Brand Director
to define, protect, and elevate the Novakid brand globally.
This role owns
how Novakid shows up in the world , across brand narrative, campaigns, content, PR, and long-term brand assets. You will ensure that everything we communicate feels consistent, distinctive, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant for parents.
Mission To make Novakid
distinctively known and emotionally preferred by parents, not just recognised as an English learning product, but as a trusted, modern, culturally relevant brand for families.
Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing Brand & Campaigns Lead, Creative Studio, Head of SMM, PR Lead, SEO Lead, ORM Manager.
Brand Strategy & Narrative
Define and evolve Novakid’s global brand positioning, narrative, and tone of voice
Translate business strategy into a clear, compelling brand direction
Ensure the brand has a strong point of view and cultural relevance across markets
Guard long-term brand consistency while allowing creative experimentation
Brand Campaigns & Creative Direction
Own the global brand campaign roadmap (always‑on + hero moments)
Partner closely with Creative Studio, SMM, PR, SEO and external agencies
Set the creative bar: ensure campaigns are emotionally strong, distinctive, and high‑quality
Approve key brand concepts, storylines, and creative directions
