As a Business Developer / Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be on managing existing customer relationships by ensuring high product adoption and minimizing churn through proactive engagement and support. This also includes processing incoming sales inquiries. You will work closely with the Country Manager and key account managers, supporting the acquisition process through qualifying leads, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, and other sales support activities. Your role is central to creating loyal, returning customers who not only use our products but also become advocates for ILT Education.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and assist in expanding their usage of our products.
  • Onboarding and training of new customers.
  • Monitor customer activity, anticipate future needs, and provide recommendations.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify risks and improvements.
  • Verify and qualify incoming demo requests as potential leads; coordinate follow-ups with key account managers when needed.
  • Conduct demos and pitches to showcase our pedagogical services.
  • This role combines Customer Success with early-stage sales activities in the education sector.
  • Build and maintain a CRM-based pipeline (HubSpot)
  • Track and report on KPIs
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and or customer success, preferably in SaaS, edtech, or B2B
  • Basic understanding of cloud solutions, APIs, and SaaS metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Teaching or background as a pedagogical leader is a requirement.
