As a Business Developer / Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be on managing existing customer relationships by ensuring high product adoption and minimizing churn through proactive engagement and support. This also includes processing incoming sales inquiries. You will work closely with the Country Manager and key account managers, supporting the acquisition process through qualifying leads, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, and other sales support activities. As a colleague, we see that you are communicative, data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented. Your role is central to creating loyal, returning customers who not only use our products but also become advocates for ILT Education.
