Business Development Lead

Novify is partnering with a Web3 security startup that has launched a category-defining infrastructure product for institutional crypto.Their flagship solution is designed to address critical failure scenarios in custody, key management, and enterprise-level blockchain applications. With strong backing from leading investors and a founding team deeply rooted in security and infra, they’re now entering go-to-market mode, with product, messaging, and partnerships ready to scale.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Business Development Lead to help build and convert early pipeline across custody, insurance, infrastructure, and financial institutions. As the first dedicated sales hire, you’ll work directly with the founders to shape strategy, close flagship accounts, and build the foundation for a GTM function that will scale globally.
What You’ll DoBuild and close enterprise clients across custody, infra, and financial institutionsManage full sales cycles: outbound, discovery, demos, negotiation, closePosition the platform clearly against auditors, infra providers, and legacy playersRepresent the company at industry events, side-events, and client meetingsProvide structured client feedback to shape roadmap and playbooks
