🧩 What They’ll Do

• Drive partnerships with rollups, searchers, solvers, and intent-centric protocols
• Own the full BD lifecycle: sourcing leads, building relationships, managing integrations, and tracking impact
• Represent us at key industry events, conferences, and working groups (L2 Days, MEV Summit, ETHGlobal, etc.)
• Work closely with the research and engineering teams to align product strategy with real partner needs
• Map out emerging trends in sequencing, cross-chain MEV, and intent-based architecture—and translate those into business opportunities
• Write, speak, and tweet (optionally) about our mission to make rollups economically sovereign and MEV-transparent

👤 About the Candidate

• Strong familiarity with Ethereum, rollups, and MEV—likely already following or contributing to research, tooling, or governance discussions in the space
• Understanding of the sequencing stack well enough to speak with researchers, searchers, and infrastructure teams with confidence
• Background in BD/partnerships, or deep experience embedded in crypto communities with readiness to level up
• Clear, persuasive communicator able to adapt across audiences—whether on a call with a founder, in a Telegram thread, or at a conference booth
• Self-directed and outcome-driven, able to move things forward without a big team or top-down roadmap
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and connecting the dots between tech, strategy, and people

💡 Bonus Points

• Experience at an L2, MEV protocol, wallet, searcher team, or DeFi app
• Familiarity with cross-chain intents, auction-based inclusion, or sequencing markets
• Past contributions to public research, governance, or technical writing

📈 KPIs & Impact

• Number of high-quality rollup/searcher integrations
• Adoption of our infrastructure within target chains or intent protocols
• Surface area of our product in cross-chain MEV flows
• Net new business opportunities driven by candidate’s research or outreach
