Business Development Manager - E-Waste or Sustainable Disposal

Now hiring for a new business developer who has experience working across E-Waste or sustainable Disposal industries.

Role Overview

• Identify and acquire new customers in the recycling sector, especially e-waste
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Support partner and stakeholder management
• Monitor market developments and contribute to solution design with internal teams
• Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
• Assist with administrative tasks such as reports (EAR, recycling rates, etc.)

Your Profile

• Initial experience or academic background in environmental management, waste management, sustainability, or related fields
• Interest in e-waste regulations and the circular economy
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel within Germany
